changed makes no sense to me, because surely the official weekly estimates to which they point are based on the “modelled” daily estimates that they have now said are half what they originally thought. And it is just bizarre that they say they still think the weekly...
infection incidence rate around 17 October is double the revised rate on ANY day in that week. Those two statements are contradictory.
