1. Just because the GOP is corrupt doesn’t mean Dems are. (Dems aren’t perfect but c’mon).
I feel like there’s often this thirst for accountability and with the GOP, that thirst is never quenched so we eventually don’t even bother. Instead, we project GOP corruption onto Dems.

2. Dems start off righteous. Then obstructed by the GOP (due to GOP corrupt interests). Then Dems compromise to capitulate to the GOP. Then people BLAME DEMS and subsequently lump them in with the GOP.
Meanwhile, that’s exactly what the GOP wants: lacking confidence in Dems.

3. I’m not saying Dems are above the fray of scrutiny. Be critical. We can and should hold them accountable.
This is a time of transition. Corruption has run amuck for a while. We, at the minimum, have to have non-treasonous & non- white supremacist people governing.

4. We all have different concerns and priorities. Some people gloss over white supremacy. Some people want the comfort and familiarity of tradition.
I just want good people who aren’t self dealing, don’t think slavery was a necessary evil, & don’t want to make us New Russia.
