Glad to see vast majority of AZ community raise their voice against this war crime and express their anger. But two important tasks lie ahead for us:
1. For AZ - 99% can condemn, but if 1% supports that war crime, then Armenians can never feel safe within AZ borders. Government must step in and ensure systematic ways to eliminate such hate crimes from happening ever again.
2. For AR - generalizations have to be avoided. It is important to accept that war crimes happened in both sides in both wars. Generalizations about one side feed the future atrocities from the other side. It’s them and us again and them again..This circle has to be broken.
