In fact, there's a positive correlation btn human capital development & economic growth. For instance, the economic success of China is largely attributed to her economic reforms that laid out a genuine comprehensive plan to build strong institutions for a market-driven economy,
and created incentives that encourage production.
In Uganda, even when our colleagues in the @NRMOnline want us to trust that they have the political will for human capital development (launched bona bagagawale, NAADS, wealth creation, & recently Emyooga), they have no solid institutions & the discipline required to effect it.
The @TheAllianceUG roots for value-driven politics that attract thoughful & upright leaders, working to build strong institutions that ensure effective service delivery. #ChangeYouCanTrust
