Those two Khalistani terrorist were identified as Gurjeet Singh and Sukhdeep Singh who were also responsible for the assassination Balwinder Singh Sandhu, an ex-CPI(M) member, awarded the Shaurya Chakra for taking on militants during Punjab insurgency in the 1990s

These both worked on orders of Dubai based Sukhmeet Pal Singh aka Bhikhariwal who worked for Harmeet Singh (former chief of Khalistan Liberation Force) and Lakhbir Singh (chief of Khalistan Zindabad Force) who directly worked under ISI's K2 (Kashmir-Khalistan) desk.

Good news is that Sukh Bhikhariwal has been already arrested from a flat in Dubai by Indian Intelligence agency and UAE agency yesterday.

He will soon be extradited to India.

Currently all 5 including 3 Kashmiri terrorist are being interrogated by multiple agencies.

Prima facie it has been found they where planning targeted killing to politicize, communalize and instigate riots out of farmer protest which would internationalize the issue.

It has also been noted that these days the terrorism is in severe shorted of funds and also unable to produce FICN after Demonetization of 2016 and thus ISI is using drug supplies via Afghanistan to procure funds.
