Suburbs were great for all these reasons, and of course the most important one: zero competition! It's a lot easier to be so much better than the competition when you basically have none. https://twitter.com/michaelxbloch/status/1335608288008941570?s=20
I loved the insight around delivery <42mins not mattering for customer retention ( https://twitter.com/michaelxbloch/status/1335608294078115846?s=20).

This echoes my point on Happy GMV. You make assumptions on what you think is the experience that leads to retention, but you have to tune it w/ actual cohorts.
In other words, you think you know what makes your buyers happy in this instance, but you need to constantly evolve your understanding of happiness in order to optimize for the right things.
