The government cannot print enough money to pay restitution for all the damage it has done, and it blows my mind—I literally cannot contemplate—how we go from here when all the bills come due.
The deal was for two weeks. $1200 for every citizen, as well as cushion money for the hardest-hit industries. Did the governors forget they cannot print money? Did the media, in pushing this endless panic, forget the suffering it would lead to?
It also blows my mind that there are people demanding lockdowns when there's no money to pay any of the people who would be economically damaged by it. Do the lockdown hawks just think we must all be forced into such a sacrifice?
