Son-in-law tested positive for Covid-19. No direct impact on our household, because daughter and son-in-law are sheltering with his dad and sister, and we'd long ago abandoned any plans for getting together for the holidays, but still... argh.

Daughter and son-in-law are both fairly low-risk. His dad is... less low-risk.

We're offering such help as we can from afar. The best thing for everyone (community included) is making sure they're all fully quarantining, rather than just sheltering in place.

ngl, I impressed *myself* with how quickly I was able to transform leftover meatloaf and raw potatoes into a hot pan of calorie-rich comfort food.

Also impressed that I didn't eat any of it before it left my kitchen. VERY DISCIPLINE. SUCH SHORT-ORDER COOK.

I forgot to garnish with Panko and chopped basil.
