1. Respect local activists & context- if you travel for an event you are lending your body in solidarity. What works in your city might not fly in another and folks living there will have to deal with real consequences of actions non-local comrades take. Listen to locals. 2/
2. Gear up before you roll up- these fvcks have no etiquette or rules of engagement. They are NOT the police. They WILL bear mace the entire crowd at the slightest provocation so wear goggles & bring extra masks. They have shot into the crowd so wear plates/kevlar. 3/
3. Know what you are demonstrating against- ACAB and BLM chants don't neatly apply when you are countering an anti-mask, Stop the Steal crowd. Taylor your message to the situation. Make signs and create fitting chants. 4/
4. Don't be afraid to take a punch- most of these fvcks don't know how to fight anyone, let alone someone in full gear. Most of their blows are bothersome at best. That said... 5/
5. Watch out for flagpoles/sticks & paint-/pepper- balls- this is how they actually land blows. Soft body armor for shoulders and limbs is recommended for frontliners and folks looking to help unsnatch comrades. 6/
6. We protect us, they protect the flag- they DO NOT CARE ABOUT EACH OTHER. They have no medics, no camaraderie, no solidarity in their own ranks. They might yell shit like "secure the perimeter!" to imitate a semblance of organization but they don't have shit. 7/
8. Travel in groups- this should go without saying at this point but do not be caught without AT LEAST 5 people with you. The more the safer but 5 fit in one car. Evac vehicles will be available, take a ride if you need one. 9/
9. Escalation puts your comrades in spice- be cognizant of how your actions affect those around you. If you are too close to their line and get snatched it's on your buddies to save you. Keep your cool, communicate with those around you, stick together. 10/
