Since Chainsaw man is about to end, thought I'd share my thoughts on how the possible anime can use some of the visual styles that I think are done well in a show called FIRE FORCE. These are just my personal thoughts, and aren't limited to FF only, but just an eg using the show.
FF has a really fine form of presentation that I think can be flexible to its style at times. From brush strokes to finely done bg art, it can serve as a pretty great base for a show that needs to have these both, especially the heavy flexibility in its art style & presentation.
Given how visually great the show is, it has a great grasp on the use of its colors. It's vibrant style, I think would really suit a number of scenes in Chainsaw man. We have seen in the manga how vivid it really can be, so it's something that'd be very complimentary infact.
It's use of light is what's captivating tbh. The storyboards along with the lighting on the background art really work a charm. Its something that would benefit chainsaw man where the environment & it's relation with light & dark enhances it's storytelling to the most.
Now my personal favourite style of FF that i think would enhance the compositions and the silent scenes of CSM by multiple folds. FF really cares about a few scenes where pretty much nothing happens and you just look at the screen, it's beautiful given the style & treats us well.
Another example of fantastical use of lighting exists on FF that makes the series such a treat to watch just for its visuals. It gives the viewer clear ideas about how dedicated the staff is to the work. It's something that I'd and definitely, absolutely love in Chainsaw man.
And it's not just the lighting but the use of black end white spaces in the show itself. These spaces frame the composition really well thus making it much more special. I don't want to stretch this further so I'll end this here.
I only focused on FF because I'm currently watching it & appreciate the work that's been put in it. And I'm also a fan of chainsaw man. So once again, this was all of personal preference, and I understand there are lot of other shows as well that have a great production quality.
