Watching some Clemson tape. Brownell's teams are always great defensively (currently 9th in defensive efficiency per KenPom) and on the boards. They'll extend ball pressure and pack in the help to close off driving lanes. They'll mix up ball screen coverages.
Good example here of ball pressure + disrupting screens away from the ball, as well as stunting on the delivery to discourage driving off the catch.
They create a lot of turnovers (31.4% - 6th in the country) and force you into tough 2's and off the dribble 3's.
Back to the Clemson scout with some of the ball screen coverages they used to disrupt Purdue's offense.
Here's a nice counter that Purdue ran (and perhaps Alabama could use as well).

Twist PNR action forces the help to tag the roll man + #5 from Purdue fills up to the wing (Alabama and others call this the shake man) and he's free for a three.
Clemson has forced a steal in 13.5% of its defensive possessions, good for 23rd in the country. #4 Nick Honor has particularly active hands and is always hunting the ball.
Clemson's motion offense

The Tigers can put five guys on the court that can put the ball on the floor, make a play for others, and shoot the three. #25 Aamir Sims is probably their best player - a 6'8" guy with some skill to his game.
