what i love in this piece: the acknowledgement that we could do a LOT more to value the quality of conversations over quantity. i'd love for us to stop touting big numbers like calls made or texts sent -- i've certainly done this in the past and now know that it's meaningless
i'm very thankful for leaders like @staceyabrams who are investing in the hard, long work of creative organizing rooted in values, listening, and and prioritizing local power building
