The thing that disappoints me most about Black Twitter is that we never focus on what's important.

Statistically speaking, COVID has wiped out a lot of your livelihoods, and yet you're still hopping on Twitter to start gender wars, diaspora wars, etc.
What you SHOULD be doing is focusing on the automation wars that are brewing.

If you're not careful, you'll find yourself in the permanent underclass.
Yes, you - college-educated black woman. If you don't have enough $$ to:

- Have an emergency fund
- Pay off debt (or stay out of it)
- Own productive real estate (i.e. a homestead or rentals)

You will find yourself in a precarious position when the new economy arrives.
So miss me with this, "I wanna marry a rich man so he can treat me like a princess" B.S.

We marry men to build empires for our children.

Not to BE children.
Y'all have no idea what is coming.

You really don't, and that's sad.
And worst of all, you really don't know any wealthy people, do you?

You think looks are all that matters 😂

Sweetheart, I live in Southern California.

You know how many (broke) 10s live here? Being a 10 is enough to get in bed, but it's not enough to sign a marriage contact.
If you have time, read the book, Marriage Markets.

High-earning, ambitious men marry high-earning, ambitious women.

ESP. in tech.

Men find the most attractive, smartest woman they can, then convince her to get married, stay home and raise his sons.
And this is why you'll never see me get on this app, complaining about black men.

Girl, I'm SO past that. Listen, I wish black men the best, but you cannot build with men who don't want to build with you.

My husband is white. I've moved on. You should too. And let them be.
