There's now a concerted attack on Biden personnel efforts by @revolvingdoorDC @demandprogress @sunrisemvmt etc. It involves the false claim that these orgs oppose anyone who's ever worked for a business. No. The opposition is to predatory, destructive, & corrupt practices...

The Biden admin needs people with business experience. What it doesn't need is people: (1) who've worked as executives or lawyers for corporations that engage in consumer scams, environmental destruction, or anti-worker actions, or ...

(2) who've leveraged government ties to lobby for outcomes that favor such destructive special interests; or (3) who've run non-profit operations that take corporate money AND engage in pay-to-play sale of their integrity.

Trump won in 2016 in part because he scammed people into believing he would drain the swamp and fight for working people. If Biden wants to succeed, and defeat Trumpism for good, he must minimize these kinds of corrupting influences and appearances on his team.
