Do you know how many decisionmakers will look at that email, find it vaguely interesting but not open or read all of it because they simply don't have the time right now.

But they won't keep it or flag it or anything, they'll just delete it thinking you'll keep trying.
They may not even do it consciously. It just happens.

It's only after your fourth or fifth message they'll think 'oh yeah, that thing, I have time now'. And open it. Read it. And possibly respond.

Or not. Because you quit after two attempts.
