Doug Pederson is a good coach who has clearly been hampered by a GM who can’t evaluate talent, and a quarterback who has forgotten how to play.

BUT, he’s not without faults. There are so many little things he can do to help his team, but he just refuses. /1
1. Roll Wentz out of the damn pocket! It’s really not that hard. Throughout his career, Wentz has been a great passer on the move. Pederson does not call designed plays to get Wentz on the move and it makes zero sense.
2. Stop the slow developing deep shots! I get that you want a vertical, explosive passing attack. But your offensive line is in shambles, and your QBs confidence is broken. Get back to the short passing attack. Make things easier for Wentz.
3. Stop asking your young WRs to win one v one every week. It doesn’t have to be that way. McVay and Shanahan constantly manufacture space for their playmakers. Use route combinations and stack your WRs to get them open.
4. Feed Miles Sanders the ball! He’s your best offensive weapon outside of Goedert, yet he has only 18 touches over the last two weeks. That’s criminal. I understand he’s had issues with drops. But he’s a young player and you need to work through these issues.
5. Feed Goedert more: Travis Kelce target totals the last five weeks: 12, 12, 10, 8, 13.
Goedert? 1, 6, 6, 10, 7.
It’s a trend in the right direction, but he must be used more. He’s a total mismatch in coverage. Get him 10 targets a game at least.
6. Sit Alshon Jeffery’s ass on the bench. I’m pretty sure I could beat Jeffery in a foot race. He offers you NOTHING and he’s gone next year. There is simply no reason he should play over Fulgham. Yes, Fulgham has dropped passes too. But he’s also young. Let him work through it!
7. Get Reagor on the move. Screens, in breaking crossing routes, quick slants, jet sweep motions. Stop sending him on 9 routes all game and use the kids explosiveness to his advantage
