In the first part, he seems to be confused with how the percentages are rounded to 3 decimals... and if you round to 3 decimals, occasionally the last one will be a 0... that’s why .520 is displayed as 0.52... rounding is a fairly simple concept, but he completely misses it
Next, he seems to be confused why the percentages don’t add up to 100%... this one is also pretty simple, GA had a third candidate. Somehow an “expert” doesn’t understand this.
