When creating the channel, don't worry too much about the channel name, banner, etc.
Those are not as important as you think. I am on my 4th channel name, and you probably will change it as you figure out your niche.

The first video will be the hardest video ever. There is so much to learn, and it might end up cringey but that is OKAY!
Go to any youtubers channel and look how cringey their first videos are!

2ND BIG OBSTACLE
- consistency
At the beginning there is a lot of learning and you need a lot of practice. Set a release schedule to follow so you get practice every week
Also stay consistent with improving something for every single video. One improvement per video will add up

MARKETING
At the beginning nobody will know who you are or what you do. To get the initial viewership, post your videos to places where people will actually benefit.
Also start growing your other social media, so you can use those for marketing as well.
