Time Management Techniques.

-Control on how you spend your time, eliminate time wasters.

1. Create Prioritized Goals&Tasks.

>> Create goals and tasks that are your true priorities in life, work on them by either daily, weekly, monthly or yearly task.

>> Group your goals into groups;

i)Urgency goals
ii)Important goals
iii)Small goals
>> Work on the most urgent one and important ones then finish with the rest of your goals on the list.

>> Having no goals or task will make you waste most of your time, create goals, have them completed.
2. Use Pareto's Principle ( 80/20 Rule).

>> He's an Italian economist, he created a mathematical formula to describe the unequal distribution of wealthy in Italy.

>> Later he found that only 20% of people owned the 80% of the nation's wealth.

>> How's it related on time?
80% of your results are generated from the 20% of your actions.

>> Focus on the 20% actions that will produce the 80% desired results.

>> Prioritize your chosen tasks against your most important goals.
3. Say No When It's Necessary.

>> If you can't handle people's tasks, saying NO should be your number one priority thing.

>> Say No when it's required for you to focus on your own goals and tasks.

>> If you accept a task set a deadline for you to complete it.
4. Use 4D Formula.

>> DELETE IT: Is there any problem of not doing it? Any importance? If none just delete that task.

>> DELEGATE IT: See if the task can be given to someone else, delegate tasks so as to free yourself for more important tasks.
>> DO IT NOW: Do the important tasks as early you can go avoid discomfort and stress.

DEFER: Postpone a task that isn't the most important and an urgent one. Complete it lastly.
5. Cancel Unnecessary Meetings.

>> If the meeting has got no importance just cancel it or postpone, because meetings are great time wasters you should be keen on them.
6. Categorize Your Work.

>> Start with your most important task then go to the tasks that a less important later finish with smaller tasks.

>> Save your time by doing that...
7. Avoid The Digital/Electronic Time Wasters.

>> Be it a social media app, a device or anything that wastes your time just use it in a good way.

>> Create a time for using that particular device or an app, then continue on your task.

>>Avoid unnecessary use of it, manage time.
>> Get organized, take care of your own health, without a good health status nothing can be done effectively.
