Bear it in mind, Manchester United, Chelsea and Spurs all had better players and were doing better before Ole, Lampard and Mourinho took over.

These guys are also more experienced than Arteta, so one would have thought the Arsenal board would spend more to help a rookie manager.
I’m not saying Arteta shouldn’t share part of the blame. I’m exonerating him at all. He has made some ridiculous decisions and must live by it.

All I’m saying is, back a manager properly, then sack him when he doesn’t deliver. Clearly, the owners haven’t backed Arteta yet.
