I've sat on this information long enough (since 2015) bc it's *not my story*, & I didn't think there was enough evidence out there to back up what I'd heard.

In 2015, he grabbed a woman's buttocks as she was applying makeup on him, *and another employee witnessed it.*
AND, he tried to reassure authorities by saying he'd (paraphrase) "been cleared of several complaints before."

So, in 2015, this lawyer tries to say, "It was one incident! 20 yrs ago! That never happened!"
The problem is that the internet is forever.
I'm not sharing her name, bc I don't know her, but THIS is an additional incident that would have been ~2010.

Every single day, people ask me about ADHD resources. Since Hallowell's early books were so universally loved, people think he's a trustworthy resource.
The problem (I'm not an expert, & I can't diagnose him) is that people who do this MAY have a paraphillia, which gets worse

...without treatment, & is quite honestly, very difficult to treat.
I'm tired of dancing around the ? of, "Do you like Ned Hallowell's books?" w/ "I REALLY think there are more reliable sources out there," When I want to shout,
"HE GRABS WOMEN'S BUTTS & GETS AWAY W/IT!"

Also, by Hallowell:s own admission, he doesn't take medication for his ADHD. Maybe some Concerta would help him bring thag impulsivity under control, who knows?

....artist actually thought she'd "misunderstood" him, & said she didn't want him prosecuted (based on said "misunderstanding,"), I knew it was time to speak up. I'm not a victim, but there are enough documented cases for me to think there are PLENTY of them. Feel free to DM me.
