According to National Health Foundation data, Los Angeles county ICU occupancy baseline rate is 90%, rising to 98% in flu season.

How does it make any sense to close down businesses at 85% occupancy when 90% is the baseline?

This is the year of total madness.
Fear mongering isn't new. From 2018:

"They assembled what looks like giant, brown camping tent in their emergency room parking lot. Several hospitals in CA are treating flu patients in 'surge tents'"

What is new is the destruction of human rights.

I guess when you don't like the numbers that #Science gives you, you pretend it doesn't exist.
