This is what I’m referring to - startups will use Reg CF and Reg A+ to fundraise:

Also, we will see influencers and creators fundraise this way. We will also see talent agencies and entertainment studios get in on the crowdfunding action.

Finally we will see investors, both in venture capital and in retail, start to raise via Reg A+. This will officially break apart the barriers to access to capital for underestimated investors.

Also, we will need solutions/platforms for creators to use Reg CF/Reg A+ to fundraise and exchange their own cryptocurrencies/social coins.
