1ST COMPLAINT: I think the main problem with #StartUp is the fact that is 16 episodes with episode of more than 1 hour and a half. I've said that before, but I can see many dramas going down in their story because of this.

2ND COMPLAINT: Too much time focus on the love triangle, what lead to the lack of character development (especially with that time jump of 3 years), I mean, you got 16 long episode, there is enough time for characters development.

3RD COMPLAINT: I think this drama could have made it with 12 episode, I even think that what made this drama go down for me was that. This type of dramas tend to be dragging after the second half if it's long.

SEO DALMI. I love how resilient she was all the time, but hate how they made her the damsel in distress for the sake of the love triangle. Since the beginning we saw how independent she was (no saying that she shouldn't have help. But Why do that?

NAM DOSAN. Something that I love in this character was how transparent he was with his feelings all the time, not afraid of them, but like the others, lack of development was need and there was enough time for it. Example: profesional growth.

HAN JIPYEONG. I love how honest he was all the time, even with the people he cares, because he knew he was doing it for their sake. But the character development is what went down, to focus in love triangle. Example: Emotional growth.

SEO IN JAE. The character with least character development. I mean, she had the least screen time out of all the lead, and everytime she appeared, it was for the sake of other characters, not her own or just to make her look bad.

This drama has two ML that are not perfect in any way: (from someone who love both)
- Nam Dosan with low self steem and imposter syndrome
- Han Ji Pyeong with lack of emotional growth and problems about receiving and giving love.
