It does look mostly like John Erik Hexham IMHO, people always want it to be a big well known star, yet those that are less known but had a massive rise to fame in a short moment of time are more likely to be the candidate
hmm, the accent though and the voice...definitely not John Jr. , Reeves could be replaced early on like Paul McCartney (?) , Voice comparison would be the best way to go
