Lets take the 1st Bill : Did u notice the words "𝓔𝓜𝓟𝓞𝓦𝓔𝓡𝓜𝓔𝓝𝓣", 𝓟𝓡𝓞𝓣𝓔𝓒𝓣𝓘𝓞𝓝 &𝓐𝓖𝓡𝓔𝓔𝓜𝓔𝓝𝓣. This means it has something to do with Protecting Farmers interest thru Legal Agreement. Nw the Ques is Protecting Farmers thru what ?Look at the title of Bill(3/n)

It says 𝓟𝓻𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓐𝓼𝓼𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮 & 𝓕𝓪𝓻𝓶𝓮𝓻𝓼 𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮𝓼, which means if I am a Farmer and Rohan is Business owner, he wants to buy Dal, Rice, Vegetables etc from me, then for that ROHAN needs to get in 𝐋𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓. (4/n)

This Legal Agreement is for Farmers Interest so that farmer is not cheated. For ex : A ( Business owner) will say I want to buy 1 tonne of rice from B ( farmer) and later he will say half of the quality was not good. Now A can change pricing.Hence in order to protect farmer (5/n)

from being exploited this bill provides a 𝘋𝘐𝘚𝘗𝘜𝘛𝘌 𝘚𝘌𝘛𝘛𝘓𝘌𝘔𝘌𝘕𝘛 mechanism between Farmer & Buyer by established authority. Primary Purpose is Contract Farming & Secondary Purpose NATION WIDE LEGAL FRAMEWORK is purpose of this Bill. Now come to 2nd Bill

sell anywhere within state or outside. All subjects in INDIA are subjected to Union, State and Concurrent List. AGRICULTURE comes under STATE list. The farmers sell their goods to mandis & these mandis are controlled by State govt thru APMC. This bill will provide (8/n)

Barrier Free Trade. The State govt will not impose taxes on sale outside mandis and give farmer to sell their goods at better price. This bill is beneficial for Big Farmers.

Last Bill is ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES BILL which is a new bill Central Govt has amended in this bill (9/n)

What is Essential Commodities ? It is a law that controls production supply & distribution of certain commodities. Suppose if you illegally store such commodity it will affect normal life of people like certain foods, medicine, petroleum etc. With this law Central Govt (10/n)

can include certain commodities based on their need and requirement & also take them off when things gets normal. Example : Suppose a trader has stored onion to create ARTIFICIAL DEMAND ,now when demand rises price will rise , so the whole idea to create artificial demand (11/n)

is to sell product at higher price. Now what Govt will do is bring Onion under this act to ensure onion are available to people at right price. This bill will help Govt regulate supply and price only in case of war, crisis, famine, natural calamity. Commodities used daily (12/n)

like dal, potato, oil, cereals are removed from this list which in return will only help farmers do better business as their price will rise and it can also be added back as mentioned above based on certain situations.
