I fear I might come across as a "well behaved feminist" so let me be clear: there is no excuse for misogyny, and anyone who does excuse it is themselves the problem. the world is full of hate for women, and people of other genders assumed to be women, and those aligned w/women +
including me. (I'm almost always assumed to be a woman - and I don't discourage or mind this, because my personal experience with dysphoria doesn't make it uncomfortable, and most of all because I *don't think it's a bad thing to be a woman*) +

prioritizing men over women (and trans men are men and trans women are women) as a matter of course is misogyny.
wanting women to be quieter when they react to hateful remarks is misogyny.

if you disagree - or don't, but think I could've been more polite, or "open-minded", or kept my feelings to the shadows never to be spoken of in public so people who don't like them can pretend they don't exist - I don't see what's left to talk about.
