Vaccine companies will not be able to declare covid victory in Western Europe and India. Drop has already happened and India is showing 50-70%+ with antibodies.

Nearly all of Eastern Europe is declining too except for Russia. So no victory there either

The only areas worldwide seeing increases are Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and non-central US States, which should peak this December. As long as the vast majority do not get vaccine until Feb, then there will be no victory anywhere in the world for vaccines.

Going further, there is little excess death anywhere in the world now. The US states that are seeing cases rise now will see a fraction of excess deaths than their first wave.

So vaccines cannot declare victory even now.
