This Proclamation continues President Trump's commitment to protecting human rights of Americans, as noted in the Bill of Rights, "...including the rights to peaceful assembly, freedom of speech, and free exercise of religion in our foundational legal text."

"Despite these milestones, the world is still plagued by tragic human rights abuses... My Administration continues to fight these injustices... while calling on other sovereign nations to respect the unalienable rights of their people."
4/14
This line caught my attention: "In 1948, looking to our Bill of Rights as a model, the United Nations General Assembly established the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which recognizes the 'inherent dignity' and 'equal and inalienable rights' of mankind."

Can you spot the ones with regards to CV 19 vaccination that are already in apparent violation of the Nuremberg Code's Ethical Guidelines For Research?
11/14
I believe President Trump is setting the stage to counter any kind of forced vaccinations, not just for America, but for all humans around the world by this statement in the Proclamation!

Here's how: "We acknowledge that the principles set forth in the Bill of Rights are foundational, and we recommit to ensuring their legacy in our country as we continue to lead the way toward stronger human rights protections around the world." (~Pres. Trump's Proclamation)

FYI, the Belmont Report establishes Boundaries Between Practice & Research. Although we know doctors generally are "practicing medicine," I think this says they are not allowed to "research" on their patients unless approved w/ Informed Consent. https://www.hhs.gov/ohrp/regulations-and-policy/belmont-report/read-the-belmont-report/index.html
14/14
Could Belmont come into play for doctors who knowingly prescribe the Big P's meds without full disclosure of research? Does "read the insert" serve as appropriate disclosure?

Time will tell, but I think this Proclamation is preparing protections against forced vax.
