My colleague @alexkotch wrote this piece on Friday highlighting over $1.5 million DonorsTrust gave to white nationalist hate groups in 2019. I did some further digging & a “DAF Specs for Donors” produced by DonorsTrust states that grants are not given to orgs “whose mission is inconsistent with DonorsTrust,” & it doesn’t use @splcenter hate map in grant making. Clearest evidence yet that DT is happy to fund hate.
