The anime/convention community have spent YEARS talking about mental health and abuse victims claiming they want to spread awareness and help them, but when you ask them to have a conversation about how lockdowns have serious consequences on mental health/abuse victims *CRICKETS*

The ONLY reason this community supports lockdowns is for thumbsy uppies on social media. They fully supported mass protests across the country but think a convention (that is still enforcing masks) is evil. They are going with which opinion makes them look good. Plain & simple.

In fact if you look, the biggest posts some of these people have is supporting these causes. They know they will get interaction, they're not interested in talking about the root causes of violence or the consequences of lockdown policy. It's all for show.
