How to be SUPERIOR among the crowd of average?

// A Short Thread //
If you want to be ‘unique’ you don’t need a “unique” skill.

You need a unique COMBINATION of skill.

Don’t strive to engineer one “revolutionary” skill.
Instead, try to build as many valuable skills as possible that are rarely seen together.

Think of neurons, creating consciousness: Each neuron is a simple unit, but, when interacting with each other they form a complex system.
Similarly, when many “simple” skills interact with each other, they form an overarching skill which has qualities that the “simple” skills don’t.

The interactions between your skills matter more than their individual nature.
In the information age, the successful artist is a researcher, writer, graphic designer, growth hacker and manager.

In the past, perhaps he used to be a lawyer, a painter, or a urban planner.
By necessity, when he combines multiple skills, he brings his personality traits, interests and experiences to table.

This combination of factors is what makes him SUPERIOR.
