After countless hours of drafting and research, I’m pleased to say that I’ll be dropping my (very) long-read about the EHRC Report next week, arguing that there were substantial flaws in the EHRC’s legal analysis that led to unlawful findings against the Labour Party. 1/4
Regrettably, many on the Left have simply accepted the deeply flawed EHRC Report at face value, exposing their naïveté. No one has yet taken on the burden of completing a vitally important task like this, so I felt compelled to do so. 2/4
The article is comprehensive—over 8,000 words long—precisely so that it can serve as a future reference point. The EHRC Report has numerous implications for the Left and for freedom of expression, but our leaders have failed to properly respond. My work seeks to address this. 3/4
