Eustice signals the landing zone for fish - would be a multi year access agreement - just NOT access hard wired “in perpetuity” in a treaty.

Eustice makes point that the price of fish in European Union will go up as they won’t be able to access UK waters... which might help support processors facing significant new tariffs (under no deal), he says

“When we’ve discussed this with the fishing industry, the main species we export, unlike agriculture actually, the levels of tariffs on fish are manageable” - not sure Eustice meant to phrase it like that re No deal tariffs for farmers...
