To be able to do this you must first load the data into your mind from which your subconscious can begin building files that create their character, attitude, responses etc

Pick a few figures.
Go prolific on them.

Read the autobiography.
Watch a few documentaries on youtube.

After you've loaded your brain with the data and fully grasped their personality.

You can mediate, see their hologram, and literally converse with them an incredible degree of accuracy.
