How does one even rehabilitate most "criminals", how many can actually be rehabilitated? Like it seems silly to be like "oh let's rehabilitate this murderer" as if there is an inherent underlying condition that caused them to commit murder..
It's funny because most murder probably isn't even caused by an underlying condition but rather it was triggered by an event that lead them to commit murder. They could be a mentally healthy person, yet we'd still try to "rehabilitate" them
Like why do you think prisons are a thing? They obviously don't fix anything but are only there to have a sense of "justice" to said people.. what do anarcho-libs plan to do with them? Put them in a prison? Execute them?
You can't really be for abolishing prisons and still be for "rehabilitative justice" because you've done created what you were against ^^
