(7) self-identify. However, according to the govt., all Jews that are of SWANA (South West Asia + Northern Africa) descent and not mixed race are considered WHITE. Yes that includes Sephardi, Mizrahi and Ashkenazi, regardless of your skin tone or culture. See the definition below
