Interesting. This was shut down by Zia.
“When Pakistan’s booming film industry in the 1970s (the world's 10th largest film industry at the time) produced Pakistan's first ‘For Adults Only’ (X-rated) film, (Dulhan Aik Raat Ki) in 1975, it became a massive hit in cinemas across Pakistan. +
Some Karachi-based journalists managed to get a license to publish Pakistan’s first ever URDU PLAYBOY ‘sex magazine.’ The Pakistani Playboy was published completely in Urdu and cost only Rs. 3 a copy. The Urdu name of the magazine was 'Ishtraq' (meaning partnership)
it appeared on the newsstands in January 1976. It also had a column on ‘sexual advice’ in which readers’ questions were answered by psychologists. The magazine was an immediate hit, but was only available in the big metro cities - Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
By November 1976 its circulation had already grown by 400% in Pakistan, inspite of the fact that the publishers had doubled its price in July 1976 from Rs.3 to Rs. 4.50.

The magazine went out of print with the coming of Zia-ul-Haque regime into power in 1978.”
