Magi is a social commentary on humans & how they can't live without a king leading them otherwise they'll go wild & allow themselves to be consumed by greed. It's a story that explores the importance of religion, whether humans are able to live based on their free will,
it encourages the readers to overcome the trauma that plagues their minds by forming genuine bonds to fill the emptinnes within their heart, & warns the viewers from the dangers of escapism & encourages them to achieve their own individuality to live by it to lead a happier life
It's a story about equality with grand scale world-building & intrivmcate plotting with many plot twists that recontextualize past events. It's a story about change & whether change is necessary or not. It encourages the readers to be proud of their differences from others
instead of being ashamed of it because it's the fact that we're all different, is the reason why we're all able to change for the better & improve ourselves. It's a heartfelt, genuine story with so much charm. Please read it if you haven't.
I really miss this story so much & I can talk about what makes it so special forever, which I will because 8 haven't even scratched its surface & what makes it so unique & creative in its themes & execution
