In 2017 @GovernorTomWolf fired then Sec. of State Pedro Cortes.
In 2016 Cortes sent 2.5 million voter registration notices to licensed drivers who were not registered to vote, many were non-citizens.

Back in 2016 PA State @RepMetcalfe sounded the alarm on illegal votes:
