This past week the NBA and their clubs dropped their 2020 City Edition Jerseys. It’s been really rewarding to see how Instagram Shopping continues to play a bigger roll out in this launch each year.

Here are some highlights from this season 👇
The Milwaukee Bucks utilized Live Shopping to unveil their whole City Edition line from their physical pro shop.
The LA Clippers utilized the Drops tool to allow fans to set a reminder to buy the jerseys on IG the moment they went live. They also utilized IGTV shopping to tell the story of the design, and had great creative on feed and stories.
The Miami Heat had 🔥🔥 creative all week. I especially liked this Reel which is the perfect example of a Shoppable Reel for when the tool rolls out more broadly.
For the second year, the NBA did a whole feed takeover of their account for the line. They also utilized our new Product Guides tool.
I thought the creative for the Atlanta Hawks MLK themed jerseys was incredible and inspiring.

Overall the level of creative from these teams have just been fantastic...especially in this crazy COVID world with all the restrictions. Kudos to all the teams that activated so effectively this last week.
