Churches like @HillsongNYC offer the appearance of sincere worship while justifying a whole lot of gluttony. They don't feel so much like churches as they do social clubs. Tithing is the membership fee. It's more about partying and networking than deepening one's faith.
And believe me, I am NOT opposed to partying and having a good time, but churches like @HillsongNYC go all-in on that aspect and tie it in with donations. It's a massive grift.
