THREAD: Additionally, it was confirmed to me by a former official with the Trump Campaign (I learned this independent of the litigation) that Miller is indeed being paid through Jamestown purely as a ruse to hide from the FEC.
Apparently, Miller was offered $20,000 a month and countered that he wanted $40,000/month, to which he was told "F*ck you." he and the Campaign then settled on paying him $35,000/month.
Miller, however, demanded that it not be disclosed on the FEC disclosures, so they devised a way to hide it from the public. The scheme devised was to have Jamestown pay Miller, an ads vendor for the Campaign.
As this official told me, @LarryWeitzner of Jamestown, was not happy about this (I'm guessing he knew this wasn't legit and was nervous) but it seems Jamestown ultimately went along with it.
I am curious how Jamestown and Mr. Weitzner feel about seemingly engaging in acts to conceal a salary / compensation from FEC disclosures, especially given that all are aware Miller is in the middle of a child support litigation for a minor child.
The work, the official told me, was purely for the Campaign, and just paid out through Jamestown. That way, no one would see/know what Miller was being paid and when.
During our hearing today, and per his public financial affidavit filed last night, Miller claims he will be unemployed starting December 15th and claims that ALL his funding revenue sources are ending.
(If you believe this, I have a bridge to Alaska to sell you. This is purely done to avoid paying fees in our case.)
I would caution all (that includes @BillStepien and his National Public Affairs), as well as Citizens of the American Republic (Bannons notorious outfit), to refrain from engaging in schemes to 'pause' Miller's income, in order to assist him in faking his income/revenue streams.
I can and will take legal action against anyone caught engaging in this, and already am exploring options against Doug Band's Teneo (who "fired" Jason Miller and then the same day "rehired him" as *SHW Partners*, Miller's shell company).
