Our Airbnb side business just hit a big milestone for the year!
We started with 1 unit in December, then added more as we finished remodels throughout the year. Today we have 7 units, most are small (1-2 beds), but we just opened up a 5 bed house. Hoping to break $250k next year

This is a business I run with 2 friends. They do most of the work, I fund it. We own:
- 4-plex (2 bed, 2 bath per unit)
- 2 small guest houses
- tiny house on wheels
- 5 bed house on the farm
And we're adding another 4 plex and a 2 bed guest house as soon as we finish remodels.
