Taking the knee is nothing to do with politics. If you boo a peaceful protest against racism you should explain why without hiding behind an argument about politicisation of sport when 5 minutes of Googling would tell you politics has never had anything to do with this protest.
I followed the very start of this movement in real-time as I'm a lifelong fan of this team, so let me tell you that when @Kaepernick7, then quarterback of the @49ers, first took the knee, he never mentioned politics once. He talked about police brutality and racism. That was it.
Kaepernick went down on one knee as a peaceful and democratic protest against racism. That protest is now in use in other sports to show solidarity against racism. That's it. It isn't anti-flag, anti-military, or political, as some have claimed. It's very clear and very simple.
