I can't believe it's been 15 years since Peter Jackson's #KingKong was released. I was so hyped for this movie before it came out, and wasn't disappointed.
I followed the production religiously. Anyone remember the Production Diaries?
That same year I got the original '33 film on DVD for Christmas. The special features on this are AMAZING.
Then there was the official King Kong video game, which remains one of the best movie based game around. Man, 2005 was the year of Kong, at least for me.
