7 Simple things you can do *right now* to transform your life

1. Keep a journal

It's an amazing way to capture ideas, refine your thinking, reduce stress...

And build self awareness.

The higher your awareness,

The better your ability to make good decisions.

2. Start a side hustle

This can be anything.

Flipping.

Build a Twitter account & affiliate.

Develop a valuable skill & sell it to people.

Coaching/consulting.

The point is...

Start something to put a little extra cash in your pocket.
Do something outside your normal ways of creating income..

Who knows, maybe it'll become your full time income one day.

You never know where it'll lead.
3. Reduce sugar

This might sound silly but its really not.

Sugar is highly addictive and messes with your dopamine

This means both your mood and energy fluctuate from overconsumption

It's likely to cause overeating because its so addictive.

Cutting back is a net positive.
4. Practice mindfulness

The more you practice enjoying the current moment,

The less worried, sad, and unproductive you'll become.

Life unfolds in the present moment.

What truly matters is what you're doing right now

5. Explore new hobbies

This is a great one.

Spend less time in front of screens zoning out.

Pick up an instrument
Write
Hike
Explore

Find what works for you,

And you'll find your sense of satisfaction and fulfillment in life improves.
6. Start a morning routine

Your morning sets the tone for the day ahead.

If you start it distracted and lacking direction,

Your whole day will follow suit.

If you have a morning routine that gets you in the zone

You'll find you have far more good days than not.
7. Stop watching the news

Unfortunately the reality is that if you watch a lot of news, your mind is being programmed with a lot of negativity.

It doesn't matter if you "don't buy into it" consciously

Subconsciously you're still effected.
Just try avoiding it for a while and see for yourself.

You'll find that you don't miss it...

And that your perspective of the world around you becomes more positive.

Anxiety and fear reduce.

This is major.
