The Art of 'Floor'.

A thread.

Before going any further, the concept of floor must be established:

-Floor is a level of demand
-Demand: Buyers ≥ Sellers
-Level of maximum opportunity
-Floor is a pattern. Art. Poetry
-An area where the stock is 'hated'

Subtle, artful adds at or near a floor are low risk.
Floor & Poetry:

The best floor setups:

-are Poetry in Motion.
-are patterns -> a sum of the state of mind of all who trade the stock.
-are probability. Mathematics.
-are areas of minimum risk.
-allow you to enter a trade with a steadfast confidence in the outcome.
How to draw floor:

-Connect the lows.
-Connect a mixture of highs and lows.
-Feel a pattern emerge as you create.
-Ask: 'at which levels do I lose confidence in this trend?'
-Ask: 'where does price often reverse?'
-Ask: 'where is the trend?'

Feel huge confidence in the pattern.
Example 1: $IDEX

-You have multiple points of contact.
-Guessing on one data point is often a 'knife catch', avoid.
-This is a level where price has previously reversed
-This is a clear pattern.

Combined with #EV becoming a hot secor, this was a probability buy. Mathematics.
Example 2: $MARA

-Just sheer poetry here.
-Floor was a clear uptrend pattern.
-Higher lows which all kissed trendline.
-Backed up by parallel 100MA kisses.
-Accompanied by $BTC uptrend, you had absolute faith, belief and confidence in this blue line.

Example 3: $DPW

-Again, pure beauty.
-You had multiple kisses of floor.
-Previous resistance now turned floor.
-This placed hight confidence in this floor.
-Multiple reversals off of it.
-Accompanied by hot sector: #EV, this was just beautiful.

Floor is about seeing and embracing the patterns that the markets give us.

Floor is about utter faith in the outcome of your trade.

Floor is about possibilities and how the random nature of the markets is signalling a pattern.

Floor is a state of mind.

A state of faith.
