🚨New Lesson - Details🚨

You practice

To prepare for the game

If you don’t learn

You’re just wasting time

(thread)
Two more terms you need to know:

Support & Resistance
-What are they?

Textbook definition:

Price levels of a stock

Where the price “will tend to stop and reverse”
Translation?

I like to think of them

Like trading windows

Or like the

Ceiling and Roof

Of the stock price
Here’s a good visual

From Warrior Trading below

Of what that looks like
Alright, so what’s this mean?

If a stock cannot break either

Support or resistance

The price will hover and go sideways

Like in the pic
What causes a stock

To break support or resistance?

It depends.

-Good or bad news
-Earnings report
-More buyers than sellers (or vice versa)

Many things can cause this
Here’s an example of a recent trade

I made with $DKNG

I bought in

When it crossed the 20 MA

Then used the previous

Support and resistance

To help determine

My price target

(If you forget what that is, go review)
Just like learning how

-To hit a draw
-Throw a changeup
-Kick a corner kick

Or whatever sport you play…

It all comes down to

Learning. The. Game.
Always open to questions

So don’t be afraid to ask!

Stop being on the sidelines

And make it happen
