Either they don't have this data because their record-keeping is poor, which makes patient oversight difficult. Or they don't have the data because their service evaluation is poor, which means any oversight as to how their service is performing is also very difficult. (2/3).
Either of those plus what we know already about the high staff turnover, whistleblowing, current legal action are very strong indicators of an underperforming clinical service in very serious trouble. Children and young people deserve better. (3/3).
